　　Days before the festival， people clean their houses。 They think cleaning sweeps any bad luck。 They decorate their houses with paper cuts。 On the eve of the festival， family members get together and have big meals。 Then they watch the Spring Festival Gala on TV。 At midnight， they set off fireworks to welcome the New Year。 During the festival， kids get lucky money from old people。 People visit their relatives and friends。 They wish each a happy year and good luck。 How happy we are。

　　The seventh day of the seventh lunar month is the Chinese valentine's day. It was a beautiful day for young men and women.

　　I was walking down the street, and I could see flowers everywhere, and I was selling roses. 　　农历七月初七是七夕节，又叫乞巧节，也是中国情人节。那一天是青年男女美好的'日子。

　　我走在大街上，随处可见卖花的，叫卖着鲜艳的玫瑰花。一对对情侣经不住叫卖声的诱惑，男生毫不吝啬地买了一大把花送给自己心仪的女生，女生笑逐颜开。不一会儿，花店里本来堆积如山的玫瑰就卖完了。

　　我来到永宁公园，发现人山人海的角落里有几对情侣在谈情说爱。而且时不时跑来几个小孩，问要不要买玫瑰花，有些情侣在放孔明灯，把愿望写在纸条上放在灯里面，随孔明灯带给织女，乞求愿望成真。

　　晚上上床睡觉之前，妈妈就给我讲了有关七夕节的故事――《牛郎织女》。妈妈绘声绘色地讲完之后，还告诉我她小时候曾爬到葡萄藤架下偷听牛郎织女相会时的脉脉情话。我想：这真有趣儿！

　　七夕节充满了浪漫的色彩，充满了神奇的传说，真是太有意思了！
